Right of withdrawal for consumers<\/strong>
\n(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his or her trade, business or profession).<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy for digital content<\/strong><\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
\nYou have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
\nThe withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Wioletta<\/strong> Kruczkiewicz, c\/o Postflex #3634 Emsdettener Str. 10, phone number: On request, e-mail address: info@www.barfzeit.com<\/a><\/strong>) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by mail or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

You can also download the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website (https:\/\/www.barfzeit.com<\/a>) electronically and submit it. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of such revocation. transmit<\/a><\/p>\n

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/p>\n

Consequences of the revocation <\/strong><\/p>\n

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.<\/p>\n

Cancellation reasons<\/strong><\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal shall expire in the case of a contract for the provision of digital content not on a tangible medium that obliges the consumer to pay a price if the consumer:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
1. expressly consented to the entrepreneur commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the revocation period and<\/div>\n
2. has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires by his consent with the beginning of the performance of the contract and<\/div>\n
3. the Entrepreneur has provided the Consumer with a confirmation of the contract, within a reasonable period of time after the conclusion of the contract, at the latest, however, upon provision of the digital content not on a tangible data carrier, on a durable data carrier:<\/div>\n
